Product Deployment and Training Specialist

We are looking for a high-energy and tech-savvy product deployment & training specialist to travel the globe and install our robots in premier facilities, such as airports, universities, and shopping malls. Our ideal candidate loves to earn a lot of frequent flyer points, be out in the field, build relationships with customers, and provide training to use our product successfully in their environment.  You thrive in a fast moving & dynamic environment, and enjoy working independently while being part of a larger customer care team. The product deployment & training specialist will be critical to our customers’ success and will have a tremendous impact on the future growth of Avidbots. This role is within Avidbots Customer Care team.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Support Avidbots product demos, deployments and training

  • Support robot operations remotely in our web-based monitoring software

  • Present training materials to customers and teach them to use all aspects of the robot

 

Requirements:

  • Degree, with experience in field training and product deployment

  • Ability to develop great relationships using effective communication skills and present training materials to individuals and small groups

  • Willingness and ability to travel globally on a regular basis >50%

  • Willing to work unusual hours as the customer requires

  • Holds a valid and up-to-date passport

  • Driven individual who is passionate about robotics and travel

  • Speaks a second language

 

Bonus:

 

  • Experience working with robots or electro-mechanical devices would be a bonus.

  • Programming and troubleshooting experience
