Our global growth makes it imperative we grow our sales organization. The team is seeking an individual with proven leadership qualities who is results-driven and passionate about providing an elite level of customer experience while providing a product which is rapidly being recognized as a market leader.

What you’ll do?

  • Passionately perform, with expectation to meet and exceed sales, revenue and profitability goals.

  • Manage a direct team and a portfolio of partners within assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and grow relationships with customers and channel partners while competently resolving issues and delivering added-value services.

  • Drive outbound sales programs for both new and existing customers, retailers and channel partners.

  • Analyze market to identify new opportunities and coverage gaps.

  • Collaborate with senior management, marketing, channel partners and the sales team to develop dynamic territory plans and business development campaigns.

  • Identify and qualify prospective individuals/organizations to selectively recruit high-potential teammates and partners.

  • Coordinate the onboarding and enablement process with new teammates and alliances to accelerate their time to productivity.

  • Optimize use of our reporting tools, marketing automation, CRM and sales operations systems.

  • Continually grow knowledge of our target industries and direct and indirect competitors.

What you’ll need?

  • Knowledge, Skills and Ability to successfully coach, mentor and manage diverse Territory, Inside and Channel teammates Ability to strategize and implement the necessary sales and go-to-market models.

  • Relationship and partner management skills. Strong team-selling skills

  • Experience identifying, qualifying, recruiting, hiring, managing and developing individuals for success in appropriate sales roles.

  • Knowledge of all company products and services. Excellent oral and written communications skills, including effective presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage channel conflict.

  • Proven time management skills. Ability to lead, balance and self-manage multiple simultaneous projects and activities

  • Ability to challenge and coach team members and partners to develop pipeline and close deals in a timely manner with forecast discipline and accuracy. Ability to interact with executives (external and internal).

  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, results driving, and customer focused.

  • Knowledge of Nix selling and licensing processes.

  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience and a post-secondary diploma or certificate.
