Our global growth makes it imperative we grow our inside sales team. The team is seeking individuals who are self-motivated, results-driven and passionate about providing an elite level of customer experience while providing a product which is rapidly being recognized as a market leader.

What you’ll do?

  • Passionately perform, with expectation to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.

  • Develop and grow relationships with customers and channel partners while competently resolving issues and delivering added-value services.

  • Drive outbound sales programs for both new and existing customers, retailers and channel partners.

  • Optimize use of our CRM system; maintain customer records and grow deep, continuous understanding of customer needs. Attention to detail is imperative.

  • Unleash strong sales skills, particularly in prospecting, cold calling and relationship development.

  • Identify opportunities for new business development.

  • Collaborate with management to develop territory plans and business development campaigns.

  • Continually grow knowledge of the paint industry and direct and indirect competitors.

What you’ll need?

  • Relationship and partnering skills. Strong team-selling skills. Knowledge of all company products and services.

  • Provide exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Ability to interact with executives (external and internal). Commitment to quality, results-driven and customer focused.

  • You will have 1 to 3 years of sales, customer service or retail experience and post-secondary diploma or certificate.

  • Team members expect high energy and passion from all employees.
