IT Site Support Engineer

This role and person would be actively present on site with Development and Operations teams. Assuring smooth functionality and a “white gloves” level of support for targeted LOBs. Together with all on site IT support requirements, it is necessary that this person is able to work on integration activities. It is also important that this person actively participates on projects related to either the transition of services and/or applications to ORACLE LOBs or creating new NSGBU PTIT supported platforms that are aligned with the NSGBU long term strategy.

• System Admin, advanced Windows User

• Knowledge of AD, Exchange, O365 

• Knowledge and understanding of Virtualization concepts 

• Knowledge of Ticketing tools, metrics and KPI

• Project management experience - participate on projects

• 5+ years corporate IT environment experience is preferred

• 5+ years’ experience supporting both Windows and Apple technologies and devices

• VIP/Executive support experience is preferred

• Understanding concepts of work in a metrics-based environment

• Understanding the TCO model

• Familiar with ITIL and ITSM processes

• Familiar with PowerShell 

• MS Certifications, Apple Certifications, and SixSigma is preferred

• Networking concepts and understanding

• Ability to multi-task, manage time and follow through with assignments
