Intermediate Platform Engineer – Salesforce DevOps (Open)

Description

Reporting into the DevOps Manager on the Core Engineering and Architecture team and receiving guidance and technical leadership from the DevOps Consultants and Salesforce Technical team, you will be expected to do some of the following Salesforce DevOps activities:

  • Deployment management and configuration changes
  • Sandbox provisioning and management
  • Production back-syncing to sandboxes
  • DX scratch org strategy
  • Sandbox scripting refresh activities
  • Copado / Jenkins CI/CD pipeline integration
  • Deployment and test coverage validation
  • Salesforce metadata and code line branch management
  • Comfortable working with Jenkins, Artifactory, Git, Concourse, Copado
  • Familiar with security scanning tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx
  • Work with deploying software using PaaS such as Salesforce and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
  • Be available to support production deployments as required
  • Will do what is right to get the job done with utmost quality in mind

  • 5 or more years’ experience working in or leading complex enterprise implementations
