Director of Product

We are currently designing the next generation of cleaning robots that will take over the cleaning industry! Our robot, Neo, is successfully deployed to a long list of some of the best managed facilities on 5 continents. Our customers are using Neo in airports, shopping malls, universities, hospitals, commercial and industrial facilities.

Our product team is in charge of our product roadmap in both our software and mechatronics divisions. The product team is expanding and we are in need of a Director of Product to manage our team’s growth. Our ideal candidate has strong background in product development, hardware-enabled software products (robotics ideally), leading product teams and scaling organizations. You are passionate about building a great quality product with strong design principles and product development processes. You also enjoy working with people: directing, coaching, and mentoring product owners and managers at all levels.

You will work closely with engineering, sales, service, customer success and product team to manage our roadmap and future features of our robots. You will play a central role in understanding our customer needs, business needs, monitor advances in the robotics and cleaning world and use all this information to formulate the key moves of our roadmap and strategy.

We place emphasis in leading by example so you have many years of experience as a product owner and manager for robotics/hardware products as well as experience managing product teams. Experience in managing complex and multidisciplinary products is a must. You will be involved in roadmap decisions, but you will also be responsible for setting up metrics to measure product owner/manager performance and provide coaching/feedback.

We are looking for a visionary leader capable of contributing to established product lines, while also shaping new projects, and kick-starting efforts into new verticals. (future cleaning robots, security applications, etc). As we are ramping up production, experience in product development for small/medium scale (less than 1000 units a year) products would be ideal. You will work with the product owners to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and enable our team to hit our ambitious goals.
