We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to come aboard. Our SDRs will work hand in hand with marketing and inside sales to generate qualify leads for Enterprise Sales Executives. The SDRs will also have the opportunity to close much of their own business. This is an entry-level role that will be a great chance to gain experience and have a definite growth plan.

Sales Development Representative responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing quickly and determine which leads can close quickly by the SDR, or should be passed to Enterprise, or sent back to marketing

  • Work directly with marketing to determine the best approaches to create and qualify leads

  • Understand blueRover solutions enough to qualify deals accurately, set up appointments, and close an assigned

    amount of opportunities

  • Work closely with Sales management to remain aligned with goals of blueRover and sales teams

  • Log and account for outbound/inbound activity

Ideal Sales Development Representative skills

  • University degree

  • Good in-person, phone, and written communication skills

  • Comfortable interacting will all levels of an organization

  • Technical acumen preferably in areas like SaaS, Cloud, IoT

  • Self motivated with good time management skills

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint

  • Preferred experience with any CRM, especially Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

  • Bonus would be any experience in the food industry
