We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to come aboard. Our ISRs are responsible for their own assigned territory, as well has working with the Enterprise sales teams when necessary. The ISR’s have a great opportunity to exceed a high-volume sales plans, and at the same time will have opportunities to advance to the Enterprise sales businesses.

Sales Development Representative responsibilities:

  • Obtain individual targets for software sales, pipeline generation, and other sales KPI’s

  • Create and maintain a plan that will achieve goals for the territory

  • Qualify leads from marketing quickly and determine which leads should be kept and prioritized

  • Ensure adoption of blueRover in your assigned customer base

  • Work directly with marketing to create and execute a plan to create new opportunities

  • Understand the blueRover solutions and their value to exiting and prospective customers

  • Clearly communicate the value of blueRover to customers, prospects, and influencers

  • Log and account for outbound/inbound activity

Ideal Sales Development Representative skills:

  • University degree

  • 1-3 years sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Experience building and understanding how important a good pipeline is

  • Able to provide accurate forecasts

  • Strong in-person, phone, and written communication skills

  • Comfortable interacting will all levels of an organization

  • Technical acumen preferably in areas like SaaS, Cloud, IoT

  • Self motivated with good time management skills

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience with any CRM, especially Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

  • Bonus would be any experience in the food industry
