Senior IT Administrator

As Senior IT Administrator, you will have complete ownership of Terminal’s IT strategy, A/V experience, device management, network administration, customization, and security across all offices. You’ll have a range of support, but will take lead in internal structure and developing plans to continue to improve Terminal’s offering to client teams and internal staff.

What You’ll Do - Function

  • Support and maintain current conference room AV Systems

  • Evaluate, develop and evolve A/V offering to be best-in-class and leading in terms of thought across remote work standards

  • Review, maintain and improve network strength, setup, and security across our offices

  • Develop plans for connecting our video, meeting room, entry, and network systems into one integrated whole

  • Provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts in Terminals SAAS applications.  That would include G-Suite, Office 365, etc. wherever corporate data is stored.  Also, managing said accounts.

  • Participate with core helpdesk functions like employee onboarding\offboarding, hardware configuration, deployment, documentation and inventory management.  JAMF experience is plus as Terminal operates in a heavy Mac environment.

  • Troubleshoot minor networking issues.  Would work with Think Communications on major issues and perhaps offload some of their tasks in the future.

What You Bring - Experience

  • 5+ years experience in IT administration/helpdesk and network security

  • Referenceable experience building out systems and processes to support rapidly growing technically focused and distributed teams

  • Experience and expertise in JAMF and core helpdesk functions

  • Proven track record in providing and scaling high-quality service to a wide range of stakeholders

  • Experience with Mac OS in a corporate setting
