We are opening a new role to create and establish our professional services division. This individual will work with our largest clients to successfully implement pilots that will grow to full-scale implementations. Customer feedback will guide our product development and you will act as the voice of the customer.  You’re excited to help the most innovative enterprise companies implement Plum through your change management. You are ready to be challenged at the start-up level with a desire to start/grow your entrepreneurial journey.  In joining our team, you will get hooked to the problem we are trying to solve in preparing mid-size and enterprise clients for the Future of Work.

Your Role

  • Strategic and operational owner of client onboarding and pilots.

  • Understand our customers’ needs, their business and talent management processes, and how success is defined for each engagement.  

  • Establish clear benchmarks and success metrics; ensure these goals are being exceeded at each phase of onboarding.

  • Analyze project goals, resources, and constraints. Develop plans to achieve these goals, manage resources, and work around constraints.

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with client stakeholders.

  • Manage overall communications strategy across internal and client stakeholders.

  • Work with clients to develop learning and development plans and materials to maximize adoption and a clear understanding of solution value and application.

  • Produce and maintain project management documents, reports, and presentations.  Take a collaborative approach with these items to ensure co-ownership with client.

  • Ensure a continuous feedback loop with Product Management. Co-create and manage processes for collecting and prioritizing end user and business level product feedback

  • Facilitate and mediate discussions between technical stakeholders that pertain to security, compliance, privacy, or integration.

  • Act as a point of continuity from Sales to Professional Services, and eventual handover to Customer Success Manager.

  • You have strong communication and presentation skills. You are able to read an audience and synthesize and surface information in a way that is well understood, whether it’s during informal communication or a presentation.

  • You have emotional and social awareness to align with varying stakeholders and remove blockers.

  • You are motivated by challenge and incremental wins. You can stay positive and laugh when needed.

Your Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience leading the delivery of multiple corporate/enterprise-level IT consulting projects.

  • HR tech, EIM, ATS, and HCM experience preferred.

  • Experience owning Agile and Waterfall project methodologies as a lead

  • Extraordinary written, verbal, and visual communication skills

  • Comfort with SaaS-based project management and collaboration platform; configuring and utilizing.

  • Have presented to C-level executives, as well as to technical subject matter experts

  • Have owned extended remote and on-site client engagements, business process reviews, and planning sessions
