What we want you to be accountable for:
- Answering phone calls from customers as the first line of support
- Capture issues as tickets and escalate them to the technical team
- Communicate with the team and provide a resolution to the end-user
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement effective test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Defining user acceptance criteria
What you bring to the projects:
- At least 2-3 years of Software testing experience, preferably with web applications
- Experience with various QA methodology and tools
- Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
- Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of technology, e-commerce, and responsive applications
- Meticulous attention to detail; the ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality standards
- Strong ability to organize and track multiple test executions simultaneously, and ability to synthesize test results
- Experience working with an Agile Scrum development process
