What we want you to be accountable for:

  • Answering phone calls from customers as the first line of support
  • Capture issues as tickets and escalate them to the technical team
  • Communicate with the team and provide a resolution to the end-user
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement effective test plans
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Defining user acceptance criteria


What you bring to the projects:

  • At least 2-3 years of Software testing experience, preferably with web applications
  • Experience with various QA methodology and tools
  • Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
  • Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of technology, e-commerce, and responsive applications
  • Meticulous attention to detail; the ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality standards
  • Strong ability to organize and track multiple test executions simultaneously, and ability to synthesize test results
  • Experience working with an Agile Scrum development process
