Client Success & Account Manager is a personalization platform for eCommerce store owners that helps them create better experiences for shoppers that result in more sales for the merchant.

We're looking for someone to speak to our existing clients and help new clients launch and succeed with our platform. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Helping clients launch with our software
  • Executing demos with prospective clients and training sessions with exisitng ones.
  • Gathering feedback from existing clients and assisting with product questions
  • Doing digital marketing campaigns and reporting ROIs
  • Writing marketing and support content articles
  • Managing social media accounts and engaging with community.
  • Being available for live chat communication
  • Taking phone calls (rarely)


  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • Super hard-working and dedicated "go-getter" attitude
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Some sort of client success or support experience
  • Positive, outgoing attitude
  • At least 1 year working in a client success/support or account management role
  • Very fast learner
  • A university degree
  • At least 2 references of people who have worked with you in some capacity
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills

Nice to Have:

  • Some sort of sales experience (retail or otherwise)
  • Marketing experience
  • Digital design skills
