This is a strategic senior leadership role that requires a high degree of collaboration with cross-functional corporate marketing teams and international colleagues. This position will be responsible for leading the team that empowers our global marketing organization with technology and marketing collateral.  This includes the global translation process of all marketing assets, digital asset management and distribution, production of product technical documents, and oversight of the marketing technology stack.  This role will be responsible for the strategic management of the marketing automation platform and work closely with Field Marketing to execute on organizational strategy in local markets.  The ideal candidate is service-orientated, data-driven, and committed to operational excellence. The successful candidate understands how to leverage technology to meet the needs of the business. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing leadership to develop a coordinated, globally led marketing automation strategy
  • Lead the global translation process and strategically work with translation agencies
  • Manage the marketing ops budget including translation and software licensing for the organization
  • Build strategic partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders for continuous process improvement and synergies
  • Strategically collaborate with Corporate marketing and Field Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns to support local markets
  • Establish marketing campaign KPIs and track/report results and funnel metrics
  • Oversee the distribution of global marketing assets and collateral to local markets
  • Ensures efficient process of creation and production of technical product documents
  • Ensures team resources are allocated efficiently to meet the needs of business
  • Coach, mentoring, and development of marketing ops team members

Job Qualifications

  • Business/Marketing/or related Degree
  • 8+  years’ experience in marketing operational role
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, emerging trends and business impact
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Corporate global multi-national experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight timeframes while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed project management skills
  • Ability to strategically partner with global cross-functional teams
  • High level of creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
