Tulip’s Customer Success team is the voice of the customer within Tulip. Our team focuses on ensuring our partners are happy, have a voice within the company and understand the value which our platform and programs are providing their businesses.

As the Customer Success Omnichannel Analyst, you will be responsible for helping design and build out automated dashboards as well as reports to showcase trends, actionable insights, and information to Tulip as well as our partners.

Who you are:

The ideal candidate for this position will use their passion and knowledge of retail and analytics to effectively and clearly communicate a deep understanding of our results internally to Tulip and externally to our clients. You are experienced in SQL, as well as data modeling, and are excited by the idea of building out automated dashboards as well bringing analysis to life through visualization.

What you'll do:

  • Build automated dashboards and reports to drive awareness and understanding of key metrics
  • Assist in developing and communicating a deep understanding of business results
  • Create insights from data, trends and cross-system interactions 
  • Enhance data collection procedures to build out our analytic systems
  • Coordinate development and interactions with key stakeholders
  • Build automated dashboards and reports to drive awareness and understanding of key metrics
  • Build narratives around product and customer insights from your data analysis
  • Use data to inform and influence the direction of the product and inform business decisions
  • Improve our understanding of Tulip to find and uncover new opportunities

What you'll need:

  • You have experience writing SQL queries and scripts as well as using SQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets and a knack for data modeling
  • You have 2+ years of professional experience with business intelligence and visualization tools
  • You have omnichannel experience and a solid understanding of retail math
  • You are able to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analysis
 to internal and external stakeholders
  • A solid grasp of common statistical applications and methods such as experimentation, probabilities, and regression
