About You

You are an experienced and motivated professional with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering or another related discipline.  You have a proven track record of getting the job done. You are a Software Test Automation Developer at the top of your game.  You create test plans that integrate well with the development team and help to create build and release processes that are effective and powerful.  Your efforts and decisions on the quality front will be key to our product success. You will help lead our quality team and processes as we continue to grow.

Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

You will be responsible for ensuring quality of our products.  You will explore new ways to improve our quality processes. You will set and maintain best practices for design and development and keep pace with rapid growth.  You will contribute to the technical vision of the company.

You will work with the product development team, collaborating with developers, product management, support teams and others.  You will interact with our customers and partners, providing on-site support and integration and understanding technical requirements and constraints.  Your primary role will be ensuring our products meet the highest of standards when it comes to quality. You Will

  • Design and implement test plans from requirements to production and commercial deployment

  • Work with development teams to enhance build and release processes to ensure quality and increase efficiency

  • Integrate automated tests into the continuous delivery pipeline

  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders to understand software requirements and author technical documents including requirements specifications, test plans, and test reports

  • Define quality standards and ensure software complies with quality standards for all phases of the software development lifecycle

  • Ensure successful execution of testing efforts across projects including automation testing, manual testing, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, interoperability testing, and performance testing

  • Document and perform detailed analysis of test results and adjust test cases accordingly

  • Review architecture and high level designs with team members

  • Participate in project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members and other departments as appropriate

  • Contribute to successful completion of project deliverables

  • Accept responsibility and ownership for special projects as assigned

  • Travel in support of the above as required



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other related discipline

  • 5+ years experience working in a professional software testing role

  • Advanced knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies and terminology

  • Experience with test automation tools and techniques

  • Experience with continuous integration/delivery methodologies

  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

  • A professional attitude and are comfortable working independently and interacting with customers

  • Ample experience developing in numerous languages including C, C++, Java, and familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash

  • Experience developing and testing for numerous platforms

  • Experience developing and testing on embedded platforms

  • Possess the ability to debug issues and find their root cause

  • Effective interpersonal skills and you are recognized by peers and superiors as collaborative, detail-oriented, analytical, and perseverant

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and cooperate with team members to resolve technical problems

  • You are a team player and a demonstrated self-starter who requires little supervision and thrives in a challenging environment


  • Web development/testing experience

  • Mobile development/testing experience

  • Backend server development/testing experience

  • Embedded development/testing experience

  • Good understanding of software security, cryptography, and public key infrastructure systems

  • Experience working in an agile development team

    • Experience as a scrum master a bonus

  • Experience working in the automotive domain
