Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Zenreach is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our foundation engineering team. Our engineering team is a small, tightly-knit crew working on building the smartest e-mail outreach platform ever. What makes us different? You'll be responsible for:

  • Automation and support of our AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Build & Release automation → build and deploy pipelines, deploy runtime
  • Develop and promote conventions on production readiness and operational excellence
  • Design of our Multi-DC Architecture
  • Observability → monitoring, alerting, logging infrastructure
  • Great Developer Experience by designing robust developer, test environments and workflow automation
  • Building tools to support product engineering in the above areas
  • Design and execution of solutions that solve our most critical scaling problems

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have production experience with Amazon Web Services or another cloud provider
  • Have deep understanding of some infrastructure automation tools (like Ansible, Chef, Terraform, etc)
  • Are familiar with Docker (We are heavily invested in Docker)
  • Have SQL and NoSQL database experience. We use MongoDB, Cassandra, and Postgres
  • Have a deep understanding of how to scale internet facing distributed systems
  • Have deep understanding of Networking & Operating Systems fundamentals

Bonus points if you have

  • Built and/ or maintained large scale data centers
  • Built and/or maintained clusters of Kafka, Spark, Zookeeper, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, MongoDB, Postgres, etc
  • Have built Build & Release automation using Jenkins
