RouteOptix is a leading provider of software for a number of verticals within the waste management sector providing a customer management, routing, mapping, reporting, billing & AR application including integration to Android devices. This crucial role on the Support Team will provide comprehensive support to users in the day to day operations of our software and integrated applications.  Working in this fast-paced environment will require the successful applicant to exude strong interpersonal skills, strategic problem-solving abilities and accomplished teamwork skills. Troubleshooting and triage may include data fixes, user training and/or minor configuration changes, plan, conduct and support testing, application set-up, upgrades, fixes, etc., providing rotating on-call services. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers. Essential for candidate to have the ability to think outside the box to troubleshoot a wide range of support-related issues, have the ability to function as an integral member of a team within strict deadline or time constraints with multiple and sometimes shifting priorities. Especially important is the ability to take the initiative. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also key. Proven ability to perform successfully under limited supervision. Quick learner who can come up in a very short period of time working with intermediate/complex systems and technologies. It is preferable for the candidate to have experience working with a software product.
