As a customer sales and success manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing customer sales funnels as well as on-boarding and successfully managing customers accounts and relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop leads for new business opportunities
  • Identify new client relationships and make pitches to potential new clients (C-suite)
  • Initiate contracts and execution for new business
  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
  • Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate client requests
  • Give presentations about Perpetua's products and services
  • Report on the business pipeline and contract status
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Arrange meetings with clients and travel to them if necessary (Minimal)

What You'll Have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or engineering
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience in new client acquisition (C-suite) sales.
  • Experience in lead generation methodology
  • Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills allowing you to communicate well internally with your team members and externally with potential customers
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Experience with Excel, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS
  • Knowledge/experience in eCommerce, advertising; traditional and online
