About the Job Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Manager of Information Technology to join our leadership team to lead the regional IT operations in North America.
You'll be leading the regional IT strategy, business plan and goals and overseeing the IT services, maintenance, projects and infrastructure (hardware and software). As a hands-on leader of a regional team, you will execute operational plans that ensures all work is performed according to defined policies and procedures, quality and productivity standards. You'll be strategic in how critical and time sensitive matters are handled in order to prevent production and operational downtime. You'll promote and implement process improvement, cost effectiveness and risk and security controls. You'll achieve results in safety, quality, cost and delivery (SQCD) and will contribute to the overall North American company goals.

*Degree in information technology or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
*5+ years’ experience working within a senior IT management role for a large company size, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
*Experience with SAP ERP system.
*Experience in IT risk management, business applications, information security and technology.
*Demonstrated leadership and management abilities to effectively lead a diverse team in a changing environment.
*High level of initiative and sound decision-making ability.
*Able to travel between Waterloo and Arthur facilities and for other business requirements.
