The opportunity:

The Human Resources Information Management (HRIM) Specialist will partner with all members of the HR team globally including various functional areas to support both system maintenance/enhancements and business reporting requirements. Reporting to the Director of HRIM, the role will also be exposed to highly confidential information, provide insights and opportunities for business efficiencies, provide ongoing data gathering to enhance reporting and support the team through the application of business analysis, project management skills and data and systems expertise.

You are great at:

• Strong SAP HCM end user practice
• SuccessFactors administration
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Degree or Diploma level education and relevant experience in Human Resources
• Minimum of 8 years experience, preferably in an International Human Resources environment.
• A demonstrated ability to prioritize in a complex environment with multiple tasks and tight deadlines and with a high degree of change and ambiguity
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through on commitments and deadlines
• Ability to manage projects, including leading virtual teams
• Independent working and ability to self-direct
• Ability to think laterally with strong analytical skills
• Ability to confidently and comfortably interact with team members and leaders at all levels
• Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills with understanding of the importance of confidentiality
• Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues
