We are venture back and have some traction with 70+ insurance customers but we need your help to keep growing.

 

About the job:

The Enterprise Account - Project Manager will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their needs and see how we can develop products that will help them service their customers.

We are looking for someone who can manage several projects at the same time. Work closely with our development team and manage the relationships with clients.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of the ProNavigator Assistant

Work with Enterprise clients to understand their needs and requirements

Translate the clients' needs into project tasks in JIRA

Work with the development team to prioritize task, plan sprints and ensure products are released on time

Work with the sales team to manage the relationship with the client

Stay on top of projects and provide progress updates as needed to stakeholders

 

Qualifications:

4 to 5 years of project management experience

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage a diverse project load

Prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a thorough and competent manner

 

Bonus points:

Knowledge of insurance industry

Experience managing Enterprise expectations
