Our team

We are a start-up built on diversity, our team comprises of over 50% women, 10 nationalities and over 12 languages spoken!

Over the last 3 years we have grown to 70 employees internationally, with team members in Canada, Vietnam, China, India, and Nepal.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and well-organized Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. Working closely with our executive team and hiring managers, you will provide and execute recruitment support in helping us find talented team members to take our company and platform to the next level!

In this role:

  • You’ll manage the entire recruitment process; creating job postings and interview processes, screening and scheduling applicants

  • Source and identify key prospective candidates, building ongoing pipelines  

  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment and community events to promote ApplyBoard

  • Work closely with hiring managers and executives to ensure growth targets are met

  • Provide analysis reports on recruitment status and activities regularly

  • Generate and deliver offers and develop compensation packages


  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment

  • Start-up and/or agency experience

  • Knowledge of sourcing and candidate attraction techniques

  • Strong interviewing skills and experience in developing interview processes, assessments and guidelines

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Experience creating and implementing recruitment strategies

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Candidate experience is of the utmost importance to you!
