Inside Sales Associate (Senior), Enterprise Software Sales

The InFlight Sales Organization is scaling up and needs to add an amazing Inside Sales Associate to the team! We are looking for a team player who knows how to sell and is ready to learn the ropes of enterprise software sales.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be coached and mentored by two senior sales executives in the art and science of enterprise software sales. Someone who sees potential in every conversation and who is determined to close the call – every time. We need someone who can work patiently and methodically to create the ideal scenario for every customer.

We are looking for an individual who contributes actively, makes a meaningful impact, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo when they see a better way.

Who you are:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate, Software Sales to be based out of our Canadian corporate office in Kitchener, ON, or to work remotely. Regardless of location, you will work with our sales team and be responsible for initial customer outreach, building relationships, delighting customers by providing them with true solutions, and closing sales.

  • So what do we need? Someone who wants to:
  • Succeed while learning from the best
  • Work side by side with both sales and engineers to prospect, identify, and close deals
  • Work at a fast pace while receiving a crash course on enterprise software sales
  • Present solutions to and communicate effectively with all levels of a company from Directors and Senior Managers to end users and executive decision makers
  • Attend conferences and promote our solution

You may be the person we’re looking for if you have:

  • A competitive nature and strong work ethic
  • An interest in learning in a fast paced job
  • A desire to work in a job with high earning potential through sales commissions (includes a base salary)
  • A true interest in technology and people solutions
  • The ability to engage people and develop relationships
  • Experience balancing and prioritizing inside sales, taking and making calls, following up on warm leads coming through marketing, website, content, referrals as well as generating your own
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and not afraid to cold call every day
  • Motivation and a can-do attitude that enables you to do your best work under tight timelines and with a smile on your face
  • The desire to be a champion and do whatever it takes to exceed customer expectations by delivering easy-to-use solutions with unique user experiences
  • Salesforce experience (an asset)
