Position:       Telephony and Network Technical Support Specialist





General Description of Duties:

Reporting to the Manager of Technical Support Services and as a member of the Administrative Support Specialist Technical team the incumbent will be responsible for technical support, coordination of day to day operations of phone systems, wide and local networks, and vendor contract management.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Three-year Community College in computer studies, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Studies;
  • Four years’ experience in telephony and network support.



Desirable Assets:

  • School Board Experience


Salary Range Starting At:

$60,218 (under review)


Hours of Work:  full-time, 35 hours per week
