We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Salesforce Certified Administrator to assume responsibility for the daily administration and support of our Salesforce implementation including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validations.
In this role, you will work closely with management, strategic planning and analysis staff as well as end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers. You will develop, create and schedule the running of customized reports and dashboards.
As the Salesforce Administrator you will design technical architecture solutions that may span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems. You will be the data steward for data across the entire organization.
You know when to use out-of-the-box functionality versus custom code. You keep on top of new Salesforce features and functionality, specifically Lightning, and are comfortable providing recommendations for process improvements.
As part of your role, you will train new and existing users on how to use Salesforce applications; keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements and provide our Salesforce users with technical support.

Who are you?
You bring a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related experience. You have 3-5 years of administration experience with Salesforce, including hands-on Sales cloud, Service cloud & CPQ experience, and hold an Administration Certification. You have experience designing and implementing declarative functions (standard/custom objects, layouts, workflows, validation rules, etc.), Lightning components and App Exchange products.
You are a results oriented person who can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You pride yourself on your attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills and strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
