We are seeking a highly organized and customer-service oriented individual to join our Customer Success Team. 

Who are you?

You are a motivated and enthusiastic person interested in launching your career at Maplesoft.

As a key member of the global Customer Success team, you will be the primary interface between the company and our external customers, answering a wide range of technical and mathematical questions relating to all of our products, with focus on Maple and MapleSim.

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will establish a thorough understanding of our product suite, help develop and maintain our knowledge centre, and work closely with all key areas within Maplesoft to provide superior service to our customers. 

Your initiative and ability to be an independent worker who takes ownership for customer technical issues with timely responses is critical to the success of the company. You will have the opportunity to participate in product evaluations and developmental feedback during release cycles.

You bring a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, or Engineering and a customer focused approach. You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. You have experience with Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems. If you have prior experience with Maple or MapleSim, we’d love to talk to you! Programming experience would be considered an asset.
