We are looking for a dedicated and talented Marketing Manager to join our team in making the world a better place.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines in parallel with an ability to recognize and adjust priorities as required

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive self-starter with a hunger to make a difference as well as strong performance and results orientation

  • Analytical, with strong problem solving and negotiation skills. Able to drive difficult decision-making processes to a conclusion

  • Positive and have a constructive personality, including a willingness to go beyond the call-of-duty to ensure the success of the business

What You Need:

  • We are a fast growing company and we need a dynamic, self-starter to undertake new marketing

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing

  • A minimum of 5 years in a hands-on marketing role, ideally with experience in marketing of a SaaS environment

  • Ideally a good basic understanding of the international student education abroad industry

  • Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Microsoft Office, HootSuite, and Slack.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong creative outlook

  • Successful track record in building trusting relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders

Your Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy - Development

  • Developing and managing an overall marketing strategy (including brand, event, communications, digital marketing, PR, etc.) for the company as well as for existing and new individual propositions in line with company objectives.

  • Establishing tangible and measurable marketing goals in line with this strategy

Marketing Strategy - Implementation and Execution

  • Working closely with Product Management/Software Development to define value propositions as well as marketing tools, materials and presentations for individual propositions

  • Working closely with Sales to enable them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations as well as marketing programs to support individual propositions

  • Working closely with Product Management/Software Development and Sales to conduct regular sales training sessions to ensure that propositions are being presented accurately

  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies, including promotional campaigns with industry, analysts, media etc., for the organization

  • Establish, develop and manage digital and social media presence as well as direct marketing programs to drive awareness and lead generation

  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing strategy implementation and execution

Brand

  • Developing and managing brand and corporate identity both externally and internally.

Internal Communications

  • Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

Budget

  • Overseeing the delivery of marketing goals within the agreed budget
