RouteThis is a funded startup in downtown Kitchener whose time has come to grow the team to the next level. We’re on a mission to help companies intelligently automate their support teams.
If you’ve had to call into tech support, and been frustrated by long call queues, unhelpful agents or unresolved issues, you know the pain that RouteThis addresses.
Who we’re looking for:
RouteThis is looking for a lead iOS developer to join our growing Engineering and Product team!
As an important member of the RouteThis team, you’ll be responsible for implementing new network diagnostics and features into our iOS app and developer SDK. You’ll weigh in on key design decisions, and grow into owning our iOS platform architecture. You will also work closely with our product team to turn customer feedback into actionable diagnostics: scoping, designing, and building new features that will help RouteThis continue to grow.

As an iOS Developer at RouteThis, you will:
- Work in Objective-C and Swift
Have the chance to influence the architecture of new features and the entire RouteThis platform.
Work with a strong team of developers and product designers to understand and improve RouteThis inside and out.
Complete tasks within an agile, sprint-based methodology
Code review other members of the team
On occasion, work to implement features on the backend
To be an effective team member, you will:
3-4 years of iOS development experience
Have the ability to take features from initial specification all the way to delivery
Be a graduate of a University or College program, or demonstrate similar experience
Have the ability to write backend code on occasion
Be a self-starter, motivated, and other buzzwords
Having networking expertise/experience is a plus!
