HVAC Controls Specialist

Condos and multi tenant buildings account for 39% of carbon emissions each year. Much of this pollution is from wasted energy and is preventable.

At Parity, we introduce AI to condominium buildings to optimize their energy use at no upfront cost and we guarantee the outcome. This has the potential to save thousands of tonnes of CO2 from entering our atmosphere each year. We provide our customers with energy usage and savings reports.
