About the Role
The Client Services Representative (CSR) is an ambidextrous ninja who works mainly with sales and product development and has the ability to demonstrate our full product suite to prospective clients while influencing the decision to develop the next wave of features and upgrades. This person will travel at least 50% of the time across North America, working hand in hand with sales to land complex deals, visiting clients to coordinate product integrations, and presenting at trade shows and conferences. Areas of expertise include: Business Analysis, Data Migration, Application Configuration, Training, Remote Support, and Project Management. Superior communication skills are required along with the ability to work independently and part of a larger team.
Analyze business opportunities, uncover gaps in the client’s business process where our products can provide demonstrable value
Design, document and articulate client requests for application customization
Demonstrate all products and features in person or online while tailoring each demo to respond to the challenges of different clients
Help troubleshoot any client issue and communicate feedback to the product team for upgrades and new features
Develop training programs for clients as well as for internal use within the team
Plan, execute and test application migration projects
International travel will be required, with main travel within North America
Because this is a key hire for the organization, we are looking for someone unique and special – who will help bring in new customers to Texada products, and ensure that they are delighted with our technology. Below are some qualifications and characteristics we are looking for:
You have at least 2-4 years of experience and success in technical pre-sales, account management, and/or client services in the technology industry, or equivalent education.
You are foremost a people person. You love interacting with people – and people love interacting with you.
You are someone with a curiosity to learn. When something has always been done a certain way, you wonder why nobody has begun to do it differently
You are someone who refuses to believe “no, we can’t do that” is an acceptable answer to a question, and inspire eye rolling from to how much you ask the question “why not” of your colleagues
