Consumer Experience Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

truLOCAL is looking for a Consumer Experience Specialist (CES) to oversee every aspect of the customer experience. The CES will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, increase customer retention as well as ensure all current and potential customers have an exceptional experience interacting with our brand. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, team player with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The roles and responsibilities of the Consumer Experience Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned customer accounts
  • Support day to day administrative functions of the Customer Relationship Management solution
  • Handle customer concerns in an effective and efficient manner
  • Work towards streamlining ongoing customer communication
  • Create and maintain a positive online presence from our customers and partners
  • Laisse and manage all truLOCAL partnerships
  • Build new client relationships
  • Track and optimize monthly retention of customers
  • Help to promote a clean, organized, safe, and comfortable working environment for all employees
  • Assist with other administration duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years related experience
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management software
  • Proficiency in MS software, including Outlook, Word & Excel
