What you’ll do
Publisher Consultants at Sortable are the relationship builders. They use their expertise to identify and connect with Publishers, helping them understand how partnering with Sortable can improve their digital advertising programs. Your contribution to the Publisher Development team will come through exceptional customer, product, and administrative support.
Your day-to-day will include:
Research market insights to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships
Contacting new publishers and beginning their relationship with Sortable
Assessing fit between publisher needs and Sortable’s offerings
Responsible for generating new sales to support quarterly team revenue goals
CRM & Pipeline Management
Producing customer proposals and presentations
As publishers partner with Sortable, you will play a role in supporting the onboarding of new clients. Through managing the customer relationship, you will ensure a smooth transition of accounts to Customer Success (CS). You will coordinate and support key account Quarterly Business Reviews in partnership with CS.
Requirements/what it takes
We want you to feel comfortable in your application. Here are some things we’re going to want to see if we’re going to move forward:
3+ years of technical sales,, business development, and/or relevant account management experience
Post-secondary education related to media, advertising, or commerce
Proven track record of building relationships and exceptional communication skills
Experience contributing to the resolution of business challenges
Experience being responsible for meeting a quota
Strong negotiation skills
Bonus points and nice to have qualities
An in-depth understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape
Experience developing effective sales processes and tools
