About the Role:
In this high impact role, you will be the first point of contact for all of our user feedback (French and English), while helping to create and maintain documentation for our users' frequently asked questions.
- Help our users have the best possible experience with reebee!
- Organize and respond to user feedback through multiple channels (email, chat, social media)
- Troubleshoot user issues and reach a positive result for each user
- Create and maintain standardized responses to Frequently Asked Questions
- Coordinate with different team members to identify and fix issues revealed by our users
- Proficiency in written French required
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Experience troubleshooting issues remotely an asset
- Familiar with Mac OS X, iOS, and Android
- Ability to convey technical information in simple terms
- You're empathetic to users and can easily put yourself in their shoes. You make customers feel empowered after interacting with support.
- You love solving problems and get satisfaction from finding the best solution to a problem.
- You love to write. Almost all user interactions will be via written communication with customers.
- You love doing things efficiently and know how to stay organized.
