The Institutional Technology Group Retirement Solutions looking for a Business Systems Consultant (BSC) with a strong experience on data analysis to partner with our Product Owners and Data Architects.  If you’re passionate, energetic and an accomplished thought leader with a strong technology, you’ll fit right into our team. 


Individual Accountabilities

  • Perform data analysis in partnership with Product Owner(s) and as a member of a Scrum team.

  • Provide leadership to the application development group on the data mapping and profiling.

  • Contribute in develop data standards, best practices, processes and data requirements in support of strategy.

  • Engage in multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Assume the roles of senior advisor, teacher, mentor and expert to more junior members of the organization.

  • Provide support to business and systems management in addressing complex business issues.

  • Presents recommendations to management and implementing solutions.

  • Good vendor involvement (new and existing).

  • Consult with management on a variety of issues.

  • Provide input to business planning and direction and identifying opportunities, risks and impacts.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Partner with peers across the division to share best practices.

  • 5+ years Business Systems Consultant (BSC) experience

  • 5+ years’ experience performing data analysis.

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Group Retirement business.
