Sales Development Representative

So what do we do? Roadmunk is a web-based data visualization tool that enables product innovators, executives and their teams to create, design and share their strategic roadmaps throughout the organization. Our customers include NYTimes, Nike, Adobe, Slack, Citibank and The Coca-Cola Company.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly energetic, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales organization. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries all across the globe. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance their Sales career and be open to learning from the experienced team they will be surrounded by. We will provide the tools, resources and leadership to sell our product and platform and help you take the next step in your Sales career.


What we’re looking for

  • Strong desire to be in tech sales
  • Prior inside sales experience (Software sales is a plus)
  • Experience being held to metrics (quota carrying)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • You can think quickly on your feet, problem solve independently and use your judgement to know when to escalate issues
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role


  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Partner with our experienced Sales team to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Maintain active engagement with new, old and existing leads
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
