QA Analyst Co-op

So what do we do? Roadmunk is a web-based data visualization tool that enables product innovators, executives and their teams to create, design and share their strategic roadmaps throughout the organization. Our customers include NYTimes, Nike, Adobe, Amazon, Slack and Citibank.

REQUIREMENTS

About you

  • 0-1 year experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate passion and empathy for our users
  • You can think quickly on your feet, problem solve independently and use your judgement to know when to escalate issues
  • You have a positive attitude, friendly and fun to work with while remaining a flexible team-player
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Experience with functional and non-functional testing, both with new features and regression
  • Experience with Test Case management practices and software (HP ALM, TestRail, QA Complete)
  • Knowledge with Github, Trello, JIRA, Confluence and other software tools

What you’ll do

  • Test all features from start to finish and then some!
  • Jump on support looking for potential customers issues
  • Maintain/develop automated test framework
  • Be a part of an Engineering team that is focusing on delivering the best experience to our users
  • Continuously implement and improve the QA process
  • Work internally with Customer Success, Development, and Product teams to understand quality risk areas on releases, and execute testing based on these risks

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Start-up experience; comfortable in a fast-past, entrepreneurial environments
  • Experience with UI Automation Frameworks (ex. Selenium, UFT, etc.)
  • Experience with Product Management software
  • Computer Science or Mathematics student
  • Familiar with our tech stack including, MongoDB, Node S, LESS, Knockout JS
  • Familiar with REST, AJAX, JSON
  • Knowledge of unit testing framework (ex.Mocha with Sinon and Chai)
