In this position, you’ll be working as part of our marketing team and taking a leading role in our inbound marketing activities and prospect nurturing.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Immerse yourself in Bonfire, our clients, and our prospects

  • Know our positioning, branding, marketing content, and value-proposition as well as anyone at Bonfire

  • Execute effective inbound lead outreach and prospect nurture campaigns, innovating new ideas and constantly improving processes

  • Achieve monthly inbound opportunity development goals, and support overall marketing objectives

  • Collaborate closely with members of the marketing team to understand and influence campaign strategies, in support of our overall objectives

  • Prepared to jump into other marketing projects and tasks, as and when needed.

Here are the skills you need:

  • You’re scrappier than MacGyver and you NEVER give up.

  • You have a proven track record of meeting goals and getting things done.

  • You know a thing or two about CRM’s (Hubspot is a bonus), email marketing, and how to interact with prospects through various means

  • Strong knowledge of inbound marketing strategies and tactics, truly understanding the importance of educating and qualifying prospects.  

  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and a strong comfort level interacting with potential customers with enthusiasm, energy, and passion.

  • Internally motivated to ‘hunt’ and uncover opportunities when facing obstacles, and relentlessly (but politely) pushing the ball over the line

  • Relentless, yes, but empathy is your middle name – you’re a people’s person, and you enjoy interacting with new people day-in, day-out.

  • You understand that in a scale-up you wear multiple hats, and you have to be a team player.

  • You’re always re-examining the process and looking to improve it. You don’t buy the “we’ve always done it this way” mantra.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, helping to shape the role as the business grows.
