In this position, you’ll be working as part of our marketing team, helping to design our marketing strategy, and supporting our sales team’s expansion in existing territories and equipping our team to chase new opportunities.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Immerse yourself in Bonfire, our clients, and our prospects

  • Work closely with other functional areas (development, data, sales, etc.) to uncover thought-leadership opportunities and execute against them

  • Work closely with demand-gen teammates to create seamless campaign strategies and top-of-funnel solutions

  • Develop and create world-class content for our prospects - including but not limited to our blog, white papers, eBooks, one-pagers, case studies, success stories, video, and webinars (and more)

  • Achieve monthly content goals and support overall marketing objectives

  • Collaborate closely with members of the marketing team to broadcast and promote our content, in support of our overall objectives

Here are the skills you need:

  • You’re scrappier than MacGyver and you NEVER give up.

  • You have a proven track record of hitting deadlines and producing fantastic content through a variety of media.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to write and design published materials, and the experience to bring them to market.  

  • You have a relentless eye for detail and exceptional persuasive writing skills that go beyond the superficial marketing copy.

  • You know a thing or two about CRM’s (Hubspot is a bonus), publishing tools (Adobe suite is a bonus), and graphic design skills (Photoshop is a bonus).

  • Strong working knowledge of content marketing and top-of-funnel prospect development.  Excellent strategic and positioning mindset for meeting marketing objectives, along with the marketing chops to bring it to life.

  • Relentless, yes, but empathy is your middle name – you’re a people’s person, and you enjoy interacting with new people day-in, day-out.

  • You understand that in a scale-up you wear multiple hats, and you have to be a team player.

  • You’re always re-examining the process and looking to improve it. You don’t buy the “we’ve always done it this way” mantra.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, helping to shape the role as the business grows.
