Sales and Business Development Manager

Seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager. We are looking to hire an Account Manager for our non-profit and corporate clients.  You will drive our early lead generation and sales efforts focused in the non-profit and social enterprise sector. You will become an expert in our products and help us communicate the value of tracking, measuring and analyzing people’s community actions as a way to understand their motivations and retain their engagement. You will experiment to find new sales channels, and generate sales through direct interactions, phone calls, social media and the web. You’ll sell a product that drives positive change and helps transform the non-profit and corporate social responsibility industry from streamlining administration to celebrating the impact and value of their people. Responsibilities

At ease making cold calls and delivering professional sales presentations to potential clients with the ability to persuade and close business contracts

Pleasant and charming personality with an ability to engage the prospective customers through various mediums

Empathetic and easy to get along with (our target markets respond better to soft sells rather than aggressive approaches)

Ability to manage and track interactions, lead generation and follow up over email, phone and in person

Ability to cope under high demand, handle multiple priorities, projects and tasks, and meet tight deadlines

Ability to develop strong working relationships with the product team and the customer

Willingness to take on various responsibilities as we build the company and team together

Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to explain technical concepts to end users, create documents and presentation and be able to effectively communicate ideas

Creative, inventive and out-of-box thinker

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree 

• Excellent written and spoken communication

• Demonstrated success in driving growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company. 

Strong project management skills, including managing and executing complex projects 

• A go getter attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges
