About LoadDocs:

LoadDocs is a technology company transforming a massive industry: shipping and logistics. We are headquartered in San Francisco and are beginning to expand our team into Canada, specifically KW. Our vision is to become the generalized platform for field service automation. Our platform powers our mobile and web apps and is how our partners communicate with us. It is our micro-services API, our jobs scheduler, our datastore, and our search engine. We use JaxRS, jOOQ, Guice, RabbitMQ, Postgres. We are looking for engineers that can own large parts of the system and make large contributions to help us become a generalized platform for field service automation.

You’ll be working on our web application team which includes frontend developers and designers. You’ll collaborate closely with our product team to deliver a world class user experience on the web.

We care more about technical fundamentals than we do with knowledge of a particular technical stack. In case you’re curious, we use ReactJS, Flux, and SASS as some of core frontend technologies.

It’s helpful if you have experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and any web frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our designers to build beautiful UI components and data visualizations.
  • Help architect our web application.
  • Build core features and test experiments.
  • Write tests so that we can continue our high development velocity.
  • Build internal tools to help us ship, sell, and maintain.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in software development
  • B.S in Computer Science or related technical degree
  • Experience with React/React Native

If you are looking for your next adventure and want to help us revolutionize an industry, we encourage you to apply!

We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply. We promise a response to every application.
