Content Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to help take the Fiix brand to a whole new level. Your number one focus will be to help drive leads and customer engagement through writing and editing creative, compelling, and engaging marketing copy that is optimized for all digital channels. From creating and sending the monthly newsletter to editing everything from help centre articles to web pages, you are maniacal about building and maintaining the voice of the brand in every sentence, paragraph, and post that you write. Whether it’s ad copy, email subject lines, or tweets, you are able to deftly and creatively inform, educate, and inspire, no matter how small or large the character count.

What are we looking for?

 

Simply put, the best copywriter on the planet.

 

  • You have five years experience writing and editing creative, compelling marketing emails, social media posts, as well as onsite and offsite marketing messages for the tech sector, with a focus on B2B, SaaS, or enterprise level software solutions.

  • You have a deep understanding of how to create and maintain copy standards, execute creative copy, and support flawless publishing on all our digital channels.

  • You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and impeccable command of the English language. You can spot a comma splice from a mile away, and you’re able to copy edit for spelling and grammar, as well as tone and style.

  • You are passionate about creating and optimizing digital copy and content to drive leads, subscribers, and overall brand awareness.

  • You are able to lead our social media programs to develop and manage content programming across social media channels.

  • You can effectively balance many projects simultaneously, and can change the style and voice of your writing on a dime.

  • You are able to go beyond superficial marketing copy to truly engage with the subject matter—you know how to do the research to find an interesting angle on any topic.
