About the Job

In this role, you will be the ace of demand creation. You will be responsible for designing, developing and executing marketing campaigns and programs that are stimulating, personalized and coordinated across various channels. You will work with stakeholders from sales, product marketing, content and others to drive quality targeted leads to our hungry sales team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Management: Develop a team of marketers who are hard-working, creative and passionate about our mission. This team is eager to learn and grow.

Growth Engine: You will build a high growth marketing engine in an exciting blue ocean of autonomous vehicles. You will create the demand generation acquisition foundation and the end-to-end strategy that focuses on MQL generation, funnel progression and pipeline creation via varies channels. You will execute, measure and iterate this kick-ass engine to drive sales and business demand.

Lead Generation: Plan and execute lead generation programs through a combination of integrated tactical initiatives such as content creation, online and offline events, digital marketing, public relations and direct/indirect sales programs, to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities with high conversion rates. Collaborate with sales leaders and business partners to ensure programs align with monthly pipeline goals

Brand Building: Collaborate with product and sales staff to create content that articulates the vision and value proposition of our solutions (website, ebook, blog, email, etc.), and resonates with target audiences. Find our evangelists and help them promote our cause.

Sales Enablement: Develop tools and processes that support Direct Sales, Professional Services, and Channel Partner revenue generation targets, such as web content, product brochures, newsletters, advertising, case studies, etc. Ensure Sales is well informed about ongoing demand generation programs prior to their execution.

Campaign Performance: Establish, track and analyze overall campaign performance against MQL, User, Pipeline and Revenue targets, opportunity conversion rates and other marketing metrics, and make recommendations to increase conversion rates and reduce time from lead to close

Requirements

  • You are ready to take on a career changing role – one that will challenge you, stretch you and provide you with growth professionally.
  • You have 5 years of experience working in growth marketing roles
  • You have experience managing integrated lead generation marketing campaigns for specific results (audience segmentation, frequency, content, CAN-SPAM, deliverability, etc.)
  • You have a proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that achieve target goals including leads, pipeline and revenue.
  • You’ve got a strong passion for managing/teaching others and you’ve got evidence that people love to work for you
  • You are a “hacker” who is passionate about data-driven decision making and optimization.
  • You are an expert in SalesForce, Pardot (or equivalent MAS), Microsoft Excel, and Google Analytics
  • You are not afraid to think BIG!
