The Challenge

You are a highly organized and motivated team-player with great judgment, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong analytical skills. You can test, iterate, and optimize conversion on our website and lead the rollout an ecommerce platform to manage customers who purchase our entry level product offering.  

You are a true growth hacker who can both devise and test scientific strategies, while also rolling up your sleeves to implement platforms and surface deep data insights. Equal parts artist and scientist you are able to blend creative and analytical skills to solve challenging problems, move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel and continuously improve performance and conversion across the website.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own requirements gathering, research, and rollout/QA of ecommerce platform/storefront

  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate conversion experiments across landing pages, channels, and offers

  • Architect QA and run A/B and usability tests on key landing and conversion pages

  • Collaborate with SEO/SEM resource and design teams to produce digital assets and pages

  • Interpret test results to develop an audience/cohort based website content/offer roadmap and optimize marketing targeting and spend

  • Conduct research and advise team on conversion developments and opportunities

  • Manage website analytics tools

  • Speak up when it comes to improving user experience and website conversion

 

Grant Qualifications

  • This is a full time 16 week placement where you will be paid $10,000

  • You need to have graduated from university or college in the past 5 years or be a part-time student or currently be a co-op student

  • Ideally you studied business or STEM

  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or have refugee status
