We are currently looking for a QA Manager to join our expanding ERP Product team in our Kitchener office. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performance QA team locally. Your team will act as the last line of defense in ensuring our software is delivered at the highest quality to the over 30,000 businesses that rely on NetSuite globally such as Snapchat, GoPro, Roku and others. Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, mentor and retain top-tier, technical quality engineers Contribute to the QA effort by reviewing test plans and test case automation Innovate and drive initiatives that improve software quality and release efficiency Manage and report quality metrics to department leadership Act as a Quality Advocate and build relationship with global peers and product support. Work with Product Management to define, develop, and deliver features on time Ensure the compliance of NetSuite SDLC and SAS 70 controls Motivate team members in and out of scope; write performance reviews Qualifications University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline 3+ years of leadership experience leading software Quality Assurance teams in an Agile environment 5+ years software testing experience 2+ years programming experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated history of building successful and productive teams that deliver product Outstanding troubleshooting skills and ability to find defects and design issues in software Adaptable to a changing and fast paced environment
