RouteOptix software serves a number of vertical markets within the waste management sector and provides a customer management, routing, mapping, production reporting, billing, and AR software including integration to Android devices.This crucial role will provide comprehensive support to users in the day to day operations of several integrated applications. Working in this fast-paced environment will require the successful applicant to exude strong interpersonal skills, strategic problem-solving abilities and accomplished team work skills. Troubleshooting and triage for may include data fixes, user training and/or minor configuration changes; plan, conduct and support qualification testing; application set-up, configuration, upgrades, fixes and performance management; developing and maintaining written instructional materials (procedures, user help guides, etc) and documentation to facilitate user information; provide rotating on-call services; Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers; Essential for candidate to have the ability to think outside the box to troubleshoot a wide range of technical and environment related support issues; ability to function as an integral member of a team within strict deadline or time constraints with multiple and sometimes shifting priorities and ability to take initiative; Excellent written and oral communication skills;Proven ability to perform successfully under limited supervision. Quick learner who can come up in a very short period of time working with intermediate/complex systems and technologies.
