Account Specialist

At Encircle, we design and build smart mobile tools that allow Insurance Carriers & Restoration Contractors to achieve more while improving efficiencies and profitability. We are looking for a driven and highly organized Account Specialist who will have an immediate impact on our team.

We are looking for a high energy and exceptional Account Specialist with direct and partner sales experience to join our talented and growing team. As a valued member of the Encircle team, you'll work to increase our client base by managing all aspects of the SaaS sales cycle. This includes qualifying prospects and communicating the benefits of Encircle’s platform to potential customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a great attention to detail and an effective communicator.

What You'll Do:

  • Secure new customers through inbound leads, prospecting, partner collaboration and referrals
  • Drive depth of solution with existing customers
  • Manage distribution partner sales territory
  • Manage a sales funnel from prospect to closing and all associated sales activities
  • Conduct product demos and handle prospect questions
  • Interacts daily with prospects and current customers over the phone and via email
  • Meet quarterly sales goals

What an incredible candidate looks like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or marketing
  • 3-5 years experience working of B2B experience in business development and/or sales role
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling SaaS products
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with customer relationship management(CRM) tools
