At Encircle, we design and build smart mobile tools that allow Insurance Carriers & Restoration Contractors to achieve more while improving efficiencies and profitability. We are looking for a driven and highly organized Business Development Representative who will have an immediate impact on our team.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a great attention to detail, effective communicator that is comfortable making cold calls that generate interest and have the ability to successfully manage each stage of the sales cycle.

What an incredible candidate looks like :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or marketing
  • 1-2+ years experience working in business development or inside sales, preferred
  • Experience in general sales & customer service
  • Highly motivated, self starter with a “can do” attitude that can find the fun in a day of cold calls
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills
  • Excellent research and time-management abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Comfortable making phone calls and writing emails to generate sales
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with customer relationship management(CRM) tools
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to learn and grow.

What we would like you to do:

  • Build rapport and engagement with prospects
  • Drive depth of solution with existing customers
  • Prospect and develop new sales opportunities
  • Manage a sales funnel from prospect to closing and all associated sales activities
  • Conduct product demos and handle prospect questions
  • Interacts daily with prospects and current customers over the phone and via email
  • Grow current market share by prospecting for new business in assigned territory.
  • Meet daily engagement metrics and quarterly sales goals.
