We are seeking a self-motivated AEM full-stack engineer, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful implementation of the products delivered.

As an AEM Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Develop scalable and maintainable components using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Work closely with Technical Lead to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs
  • Participate in an agile delivery model in partnership with various product enablement teams
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and devops to uncover pain points and opportunities to deliver new business value through software
  • Prototype and build new functionality to deliver on key product objectives
  • Deliver an exceptional user experience to our customers, through the delivery of products and services with strong and extendable architectural design
  • Maintain and support these services, with accountability for production reliability and usage, and the delivery of new functionality

You will bring and continuously build upon the following skills:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within a rapidly changing startup environment; you love the challenge of working on a small team and being part of a larger movement to change the engineering culture of an enterprise
  • Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features
  • A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure, remaining open to change and continuous improvement
  • In-depth knowledge on Core Java concepts
  • Expert level skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • High competency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) version 6.2+, with extensive development experience building AEM Components, Templates and Editable templates
  • Extensive experience with Sightly, AEM Clientlibs, Sling framework JCR APIs, Sling Models, WCM Pojo, Sling Model Exporter, OSGI services, Sling Servlets, Experience Fragments/Content Fragments, Workflows and Search implementations – Query builder, SQL2 Query
  • Knowledge of Adaptive AEM Forms, Webservice integrations (REST), Sling Scheduler, Event Listeners, Replication agents, MSM, User Administration/Personalization, Version management, Authentication Handlers (SSO, OOTB authentication handler), Dispatcher configurations
  • Knowledge of React, Node JS, Spring, Cloud Foundry, AWS and Azure an asset
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target, Analytics, Cloud Services, Adobe Campaign
  • Experience with AEM version upgrade and content migration project will be a bonus
  • Good familiarity with CI/CD Tools, such as Jenkins, Concourse, Gitlab, and test frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, Selenium, TestNG
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes across all levels in the organization
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of investment products, securities and/or financial services in support of our service or product offerings (or are ready to learn by doing!)
