As a Customer Success Advisor at PicThrive you will talk directly with customers, engaging with them beyond a simple hello. Our growing customer base needs advocates like you to champion their needs and ensure their success. We’re on an exciting trajectory and we want you to join the adventure!

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to and helping customers with all their needs, be it technical, social, or just catching up. Someone who is not afraid of substantially improving customers’ lives, businesses, and revenue. We want a self-motivated individual who wants to join a small team and have a material impact on our processes and organization as a whole. What you will do

  • Speak with our customers (Tour & Activity operators) to help them be successful.

  • Share your product expertise and industry insights by giving advice and direct 1-on-1 training.

  • Directly manage customer accounts, grow our relationship and build trust by providing timely value.

  • Be the voice of our customers, advocate their interests, remove their pain points and make sure PicThrive is working hard for them.

  • Collaboratively build and continuously improve our internal and external processes and documentation.

  • Work as a team to bring solutions to our partners around the globe for their most pressing, time-sensitive issues.


  • Positive attitude with a passion to learn and drive improvements, especially in areas of weakness.

  • Ability to connect emotionally with customers, empathize with them and creatively find solutions.

  • Highly organized and efficient at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Committed team player with a focus on doing what's best for the team and helping the team achieve its goals.

Nice to have

  • Previous customer relationship management or sales experience.

  • Worked in a startup environment before.

  • Very tech-savvy and a love of learning new tech
